Regardless, cows and their calves can't be killed. Dairy cattle matured over 14 years are generally allowed to be butchered. In any case, dairy cattle can be butchered on strict events. 


Deal and acquisition of meat and hamburger items will be permitted uniquely in assigned spots - and certainly not in regions prevalently occupied by Hindu, Jain, Sikh, and other non-meat eating networks. Such exchange will not be permitted inside a 5 kilometers range of any sanctuary, satra, or other strict foundations having a place with the Hindu religion. 


No transportation of cows will be permitted and no travel of dairy cattle will permitted into Assam from different states or from it without a grant.
